These modes are determined dynamically based on a combination of browser settings, such as language preferences (e.g., zh-TW or zh-CN), user device information, and IP address geolocation.

  • Mainland visitors are guided through a streamlined experience with a product showcase emphasizing genuine brands, leveraging partnerships with TVB ads to build trust.

  • A clear checkout process ensures seamless hotel address input, guaranteeing timely delivery of goods during their stay.

  • Throughout the journey, users receive clear indicators of their current mode, ensuring they are in the correct shopping environment.

Introducing distinct Health and Beauty sections with thematic visuals ensures intuitive navigation and reinforces Ztore’s brand identity.

Purposeful Product Discovery

  • By separating Health and Beauty categories, the design reduces cognitive overload and directs users toward products aligned with their specific needs, enhancing intent-based browsing.

Visual Hierarchy and Brand Identity

  • Color-coded tabs and thematic visuals establish a distinct visual identity, reinforcing Ztore’s branding while creating an intuitive, structured navigation experience.

Streamlined Interaction and Engagement

  • The intuitive search bar with pre-filled popular keywords, paired with dynamic grids and sticky navigation, ensures a seamless interaction flow. These elements foster user trust by presenting information in an organized, accessible, and professional manner.

  • Allowing a single cart to manage merchant-direct delivery alongside Ztore's three core delivery methods (home delivery, self-pickup, smart locker).

Cart Interaction Optimization

  • Implementing intuitive gestures (e.g., swipe-to-save or delete items) for streamlined cart management.

Transparent Savings Communication

  • Introducing a "Total Savings" prompt to highlight the value customers gain when shopping on Ztore.

Order Clarity

  • Adding an order summary between cart and checkout to boost confidence when using multiple delivery options.
